Scottish independence, Scotland’s unpopular Deputy First Minister Nicola Sturgeon, the ‘face of independence’ is struggling to attract women voters, women in Govan brand her an “Arsehole”, could that be the problem Nicola?

Dear All

When the Scottish National Party put Scotland’s unpopular Deputy First Minister Nicola Sturgeon as the ‘face of independence’ what a massive mistake that was in strategy.

I found talking to women voters in my area that there was a problem, some women considered Nicola Sturgeon an “arsehole”.

Time after time, it came back the same message, “arsehole”, unpopular Nicola Sturgeon used to represent all of Govan as the MSP so that might explain the hostility.

Also the SNP has a problem with Scotland’s ‘jolly fat man’ Alex Salmond, women are taking to him either. One woman said to me, she couldn’t stand him and hated his guts. So, the Nationalists thought by having Sturgeon she could reach out to the women voters.

Fail, fail and more fail.

This is highlighted in a new poll that shows how the SNP have struggled to win over the hearts and minds of women in the referendum campaign.

In my area, I need to make this point again, some women considered Nicola Sturgeon an “arsehole”.

First Minister Alex Salmond and his unpopular deputy Nicola Sturgeon both don’t appeal to women.

In order to help the Nationalist cause, phoney little groups run by SNP women have been set up as a cross party platform, but these are most fronts, just like the other groups which attempt to try and make out that there is a massive ground swell of support.

There isn’t.

Why is that?

People don’t trust Alex Salmond and Nicola Sturgeon.

Tom Costley, head of TNS Scotland, said:

"Winning women's votes could be crucial for the SNP, as polls have long shown that women are less enthusiastic than men about the prospect of independence. Our survey of how people rate the key politicians in the referendum debate has found that women take a less favourable view than men of both Alex Salmond and Nicola Sturgeon."

He added:

"In this referendum campaign, gaining approval among women could bring rich dividends."

The SNP rather spectacularly dropped over the Bill Walker scandal. Bill Walker was a close personal friend of Scotland’s unpopular Deputy First Minister Nicola Sturgeon who was elected as an SNP MSP.

Bill Walker was outed as a wife beater to the SNP prior to him being selected but he subsequently went on to stand for Holyrood and got it.

Bill Walker, Nicola Sturgeon’s pal is now fighting for independence being bars, 12 months in the ‘Longpoke’ penal system.

The SNP are trying to con Scots, and women have seen through the hype, the smoke and mirrors, even the executive coach Claire Howell was brought onboard by SNP MP Angus Robertson to run workshops for Yes Scotland.

Braveheart is out and in comes “positvity”, can’t be working as most of the Yes Scotland female directors have bolted, fled the coop, gone AWOL, got out of Dodge.

All the women directors at Yes Scotland have gone, and unpopular Nicola Sturgeon is on the Yes Scotland board, Nicola can’t hang on to even paid Nats.

Well it is all downhill now, Salmond and Sturgeon can’t get the women, can’t get the men, can’t get the working class, and even the school kids say ‘fuck that for a game of soldiers’ to the SNP cliques poisonous vision of denying them a future.

Alex Salmond has given performance coaching in the past, now that he is over the hill and past his best, his performances are more like panto now, and no one likes a clown outside the circus.

Sturgeon recently said on leaving:

there is a high probability that I will not be in Government in 15 years' time."

The women of Scotland can only hope the date for her exit is coming much sooner, and no loss either as her health record aptly shows.

Yours sincerely
